If you order over the phone or online order an hour and thirty minutes to have your pizza on time! Another time I ordered the pizza over the phone and after ten minutes I walked in to the place to find the workers fooling around and only started making it after I walked in. Worst customer service ever!!! And if you order for delivery you better have a microwave!!!!!
Absolute trash. Second time in a row they’ve messed up my order. This time, none of the instructions were followed for my large pie, and the new promotion “Garlic Cheddar Knots” wasn’t even cooked at all. Nothing but wet dough on the inside. Never ordering from here ever again. $25 gone to waste, I hope this store burns to the ground.
This is by far THE WORST papa johns in the area !! I placed an order online & for some odd reason it was set for pickup .. I was under the impression that it was for delivery & after two hours went by I called the company to inquire on my order. They told me the order was for pickup & it was my fault and they wouldn't do anything to help me. I offered to pay more for delivery & they said that was ok but once I asked for a fresh pizza they told me no !! after a long conversation with the store rep I was forced to come pick up my order & they told me my pizza was fresh JUST to discover it is ice cold !! I would NEVER reccommend this location to anyone ! If my order was ready two hours ago, it is COMMON sense to call the guest & find out what's going on. Instead they put ful blame on me & sent me and my daughter home in the pouring rain with a cold pizza that I paid for !! DUSCUSTING customer service !
