Chevkout takes very fast. Store layout is very organized. Nice sales people
The carts roll really well. Shelves are well stocked. Plenty of scanners to check prices. Check out at this time of day was quick. A few too many carts with returns just sitting around though.
Used to be former employee, more then 10 years ago. Used to like shopping at Target even after I left the job. Used to do my weekly grocery shopping there, for many years. However, the store's reliance on Self Checkout and lack of human cashiers, and the extremely long lines (sometimes 20+ people long) and the extremely long wait to checkout, has caused me to stop shopping there. Now I shop elsewhere. Where they have appropriate number of cashiers, and I spend less money too, which is a plus for me. I might come to the Spring Valley Target for the rare items that they don't have elsewhere, and only on sporadic occasions when I'm sure that there isn't crazy lines. Hopefully management smartens up when they realize that they are going to lose life long customers.
It's clean and it's organized but the staff...can it get worse? I had an issue, one product was marked at a certain price and the cashier called her boss to check it. The man was so mean! He was telling me that what I was saying didn't make any sense and he even wanted me to pay more than what the machine was saying. Basically he called me stupid and a liar... I left the products there and went to buy the same thing at #Walmart for half the price, and they were even nice!
