I recently decided to upgrade to a better performance bike and I started researching and going to local bike shops in my area New Jersey but the service and attention at those places S.ks!!! "not to mentioned the name of the stores".

Bought all our bikes here. They are always ready to do a quick repair and stand behind what they sold. You may pay a little more than a box store for a bike, but it will be assembled correctly and last a long time. I appreciate their knowledge and they take the time to sell you the right thing.

Over years we bought, I believe, 7 bikes at the Valley Cycle shop, did several repairs and many tune-ups. Excellent experience, always. One large difference when buying at Valley Cycle: they will listen to what you want, understand and explain which bike you actually need and will customize ( we had handlebars and seats changed ) at no additional cost except difference in cost of parts.
By far, Valley Cycle Shop has the best selection most importantly they have the expertise to guide you to the right brand, price and model based on your needs. It was not a just a sales pitch, it was PERSONAL service, great conversation and here is where i decided to purchase my newTREK X-caliber 7 bike. It includes 2 year service and i know my visits will not be a chore just passing to see a friend while the lube my bike...lol
